Terms & Conditions of Acceptance

1) The order is irrevocable and all monies paid (inclusive of registration, deposit and material fees) are NOT REFUNDABLE NOR TRANSFERABLE even in the event of cancellation for whatsoever reasons.

2) An advance notice of one month is required prior to termination of tuition services, and deposit shall be offset from the final month’s tuition fees.

3) If the child is ill or suffering from contagious disease, parents/guardians are not to bring the child to the Centre.

4) If the child is discovered to have fallen ill when in the Centre, the staff will try to contact their parents/guardians immediately, or place the child under quarantine until the parents/guardians arrived, or seek professional medical attention. Parents/guardians will bear full expenses incurred.

5) The Centre reserves the right to change without the consent of the parents/guardians, the days/time/teachers of all classes and courses as deemed necessary.

6) All course fees must be paid in full before the commencement date of all classes and courses. All monthly fees are due on or before the seventh day of the month.

7) The Centre shall be closed on all Public Holidays, Christmas Eve, New Year Eve, Lunar New Year Eve, 3rd Day of Lunar New Year and Teacher’s Day. No make-up classes will be arranged on these days.

8) The Centre shall be closed for 2 weeks yearly on either November or December for consolidation and preparation for the new academic year. No lessons will be arranged on these days.

9) Parents/guardians and their child shall indemnify the centre, its management and its appointees from any claims arising from accidental hurt/death during the class, although the Centre shall take whatever precautionary measures necessary.

10) There will be a Primary 6 PSLE intensive class (additional) in June and advance classes during the 2nd semester. Parents are required to pay 2 months tuition fees in the month of June and August for PSLE preparation.

11) The Centre reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions of acceptance from time to time as deemed necessary.

DOWNGRADING OF SUBJECT(S)
Please fill up and submit the downgrading form. At least a 1-week notice from the end of the month is required.

WITHDRAWAL/TERMINATION
Please fill up and submit the termination form. At least a 1-month notice is required. Deposit will be offset from the final month fees. Please top up the balance if necessary.
Last lesson should take effect on the last week of the month.

FEES
Fees for tuition classes are charged monthly, regardless 4 or 5 weeks per month.
Material fees: $35 (Phonics, P1 prep (X2), Pri 1- 6, Secondary 1 to 4) per subject (Annual).
A deposit of $100 is applicable
